Day 135: Make a No-Sew Warm Compress

How to Make a Warm Compress
On Thursday, I was dealing with my third straight day of a migraine.  I also happened to get the stomach flu one of those days, so taking regular medication was off the table.  Since my last pregnancy, I have regular migraines.  They are "monthly" pleasures now, but medication doesn't do much to cut the pain and I hate to take too many doses.  So once again, I consulted Pinterest, M.D.  I knew that a warm compress would help, but I don't have one that I can reuse.  I see them all the time at craft fairs and garage sales, but, go figure, the time I need one they are nowhere to be found.  I am also NOT a seamstress.  If it can be done by hand, I'll attempt it, but the mere sight of a sewing machine makes me break out in a cold sweat.  That side of Pinterest is dead to me.  Anyway, I found a pin from WikiHow that shows great step by steps to making a warm compress using a washcloth/baggie/towel.  It was easy, didn't require any sewing, and feels oh-so-good.
