I'm posting about another resource today. I've seen this pin about Activities for Kids floating around, but today I finally opened it to see if it was something I would actually do. I was surprised to find a very thorough list of all sorts of "around the house" activities to do with your kids. It is divided by age-infants to five years old. A lot of the suggestions are things that just come naturally to you as a parent when you play with your baby. For example, the "crawl and chase" game. I'm not sure there is a parent out there that hasn't crawled around on their hands and knees saying, "I'm going to get you!" as their baby squeals and crawls away for dear life. :) That's one of our favorite games! Charlie and I played the ball roll game today (another one that's a regular around here). The great thing about this website is you can sign up and get one activity per day designed just for you and your child. Sometimes you just need a reminder to get down and play with your kids every day. They will be all grown up before you know it! The dishes can wait- your children won't!
