
This workout was great! It's only 10 minutes long. I KNOW I can carve out 10 minutes every day. And because it's all done standing up, I don't have to worry about the boys being in the way while I'm trying to squeeze in a workout. Another benefit- it takes up very little space. You just need room to lunge front and back. I was also surprised to get in a good little cardio workout as well. My heart is still pumping. Granted, I'm grossly out of shape, but it will get your blood flowing, no matter how fit you are.
I really liked the addition of a hand towel behind your head. It forces you to keep your arms and elbows up high, and engages more muscle groups. Most of the exercises focus on your obliques. Those are the muscles on the side of your abdomen, helping to create the unsightly muffin tops so many of us sport. But no more!!! I really feel like that was a good use of my time, and I plan on coming back to repeat it each day.
Oh! And another thing...the girl teaching the video (I'm assuming it's Tori, of "Tori teaches Fitness" is not overtly sexy and not annoyingly perky either. She does a great job of motivating and reminding you to do things like breathe :)
