As part of my effort to systematically clean and organize my house (I'm using this 52 week guide as a basic starting point) I spent some time last week cleaning out the refrigerator. I pinned a "tip" months ago about lining your refrigerator shelves with Press 'n Seal paper. The idea is that when it gets dirty, you just peel it off and you have a clean shelf again without all the wiping. So I pulled out my shelves, gave them a good cleaning and then lined them with the paper. (You need the Press and Seal name brand- you want the good, thick stuff that sticks to anything.) I was a bit skeptical of how well it would stay in place as I slide jars and things around when digging in the fridge. But it's been over a week and it's still in place! I think it will serve it's purpose quite well. When the paper starts getting grimy, I'll just pull it out and line the shelves again. Quick and easy! That's my kind of cleaning!
