The other day I was microwaving some leftover pizza for the boys, and I remembered pinning something about keeping the crust from getting soggy in the microwave. I pulled up my Pinterest boards, and sure enough, there it was.
Now, I won't say that the pizza crust was crispy and delicious like it is the first time around, but it did seem to make a difference. You didn't have to gnaw through thick, chewy crust to eat the leftovers. I don't know why this works, but it does! :)
