Day 16: Saltines 2.0

If you have little ones in the house, you always have saltine crackers.  They make a great cheap snack that even the babies can eat, and they are useful for the inevitable bouts of stomach flu and morning sickness that can plague a young family.  But these are no ordinary saltine crackers! They have been upgraded and made into an adult snack that keeps you going back for more. I halved the recipe because I didn't want to use our whole box of crackers in case we didn't like them.  No problem there.  Even the boys like the punched up flavor.  I also used olive oil, since that was the only thing I had in the house.  That's an expensive substitution, and not one I would recommend.  Olive oil has a strong flavor.  But the crackers were still good.  Salty, but yummy!
Toss ingredients together in large bowl for several minutes
Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes
Cool and store in air tight container
