Day 9: Children's Walking "Scavenger Hunt"

We like to go on family walks in the evening for a little exercise and fresh air.  We tend to walk the same couple routes since we can't go far with little ones, and the kids get bored of the same thing everyday.  So when I saw this pin for a free printable, I was thrilled.  What a good idea!  I didn't have any card stock to print them, so we just used regular paper and taped it to a small piece of cardboard from a box in the garage.  The boys loved having special things to look for as we wandered the neighborhood. We played bingo with ours rather than just marking them off the list.  After using it a couple times, I've seen many more things that I would put on a "custom" sheet for our street.  When I get around to selling my blood so I can buy more ink for our printer, I'll design another sheet and upload a link to it here.
