Every time I come across these on my Tried and Reviewed board, I smile to myself. I made these little bites for a family get together of some sort. I really can't remember now if it was a birthday or what. I know they would have been perfect if I just hadn't walked away! I was watching them like a hawk, because there were several comments on the original blog about them turning to puddles, and I didn't want that to happen. Oh! I remember- we had new kittens in the house, and everyone went to the bedroom to see them. So I did, too, and while I was back there, the cheese balls went from golden brown perfection to cheese puddles. They looked so funny! (Obviously, the picture above is not mine. That's what they SHOULD look like.) I was a little sad, but we ate them anyway. They did still taste good. If you have seasoned bread crumbs and mozzarella sticks in the house, you've got a tasty party snack!
Wasn't he a cute distraction, though?
