This party idea was one of those "Duh!" moments. I'm always trying to figure out how to attach balloons to the wall, chairs, ceiling, etc. for birthday parties. It's so easy to just blow them up and then run a needle and thread through the ends to make a great string of balloons ready to be hung anywhere. I strung alternating green and yellow balloons and then used clear push pins to attach them to each end of the window. It was quick and easy, and if I hadn't been rushing to get them done before people came over, I would have done at least one more strand. This will definitely get done many times during our "birthday season" which has now officially begun. We have family birthdays just about every two weeks between now and New Year's Day! Party time!!!
