Day 95: Kindergarten Readiness

Now that Henry and I are dipping our toes into the concept of "school" during the day, I'm on the lookout for good sites with free downloads and printables.  I tell you what, homeschool moms certainly have it easier than they did a generation ago!  The internet can be such a wonderful tool!  The first pin I tried to use today was for scissor practice.  Supposedly it had printouts with cool designs and easy lines for preschool kids to practice cutting with scissors.  Unfortunately it linked to a page that didn't exist, so that was a bust.  I should have saved the pin long enough to link it here so you could be warned, but I already deleted it.  Sorry!

So next, I tried out a pin labeled Kindergarten Readiness.  This site is called Paging Supermom, and it has all kinds of cute ideas, crafts, downloads and resources for moms.  I printed up the shooting star scissor practice, which Henry promptly hacked to pieces.  He actually did pretty well- he loves to "cut".

Head on over and check out some of the goodies to be had for the taking on their site!  If you have young kids, this is a good one!
