Having been house-bound and miserable for several days now, I turned to the inevitable internet research and determined that I do not have a nasty cold. According to WebMD I have the flu (or possibly cancer). Yuck. I now understand why Charlie was so whiny and needy and clingy for so many days. Poor kid. Fortunately he's on the mend and beginning to act like his usual mischievous self. Anyway, I found this little graphic to be helpful and I'm really having a hard time putting two sentences together that make any kind of sense, so this is it for today. Maybe it will help you make your own diagnosis (although I really hope you stay flu-free this season!)
