Are you looking for a workout that doesn't need any equipment and is WAY harder than it looks, but promises great results? Yeah, me neither.
Well, that would have made a short blog for the day :) I'm always drawn to workouts that you can do at home and don't require a closet full of "accessories" to get done. So when I saw this wall workout, I figured I'd give it a try. Yeah, it's not happening. Not yet at least. I was cracking myself up trying to do these things! My son thought it was hilarious and just sat watching me attempt to contort my body into something similar to the model/fitness editor with the incredible abs. Some moves are easier than others, and I can get close to what's expected. I've been slowly but surely losing weight over the last year, and I'm trying all sorts of different workout routines to keep things fresh. I may or may not get around to doing this one again. I think I need to achieve a higher level of fitness first. You know, like those skinny people you see at the gym and think, "What are you doing here? You're done!"
Let me know if you try these out, and if you have more coordination than I do. I'd love to hear a success story! :)
