Day 74: This Week's Menu

I have been so busy today!  It takes hours to put together a menu for two weeks, make a grocery list, go shopping, come home and put it all away and make dinner.  I'm so glad Jared was home to watch the boys this afternoon! So today I'm just going to share my planned menu with you.  I'm pretty sure every single meal this week is a Pinterest recipe.  Most of them we've had before and a few will be new.  For the ones we've tried before, the link will take you to my blog page covering that recipe.  The others will take you to the original link through Pinterest and I'll be posting about them later this week.

  1. Crunchwrap supreme- I KNOW I did a post on this already, but I can't find it anywhere!  I even have the pictures still.  Hmmm...maybe tomorrow.  Because these are awesome!
  2. Apple Bacon Burgers- the burgeoning foodie in me was intrigued by these.  I look forward to trying them tomorrow.
  3. Sweet and Tangy Meatballs- a regular in our house now.
  4. Zesty Lime Fish Tacos- A healthy break from red meat
  5. Jalapeno Popper Chicken- I told you these were great!  Making them again already.
  6. Cowboy Cookies and S'mores Dip- We are having some people over to our house for dessert after church on Sunday.  Yummy!
  7. Honey Glaze Chicken- This looks delicious and all the ingredients are things readily on hand in the pantry.
  8. Chili- This is in preparation for our church's annual chili cook-off.  I'm trusting you not to enter and use my recipe against me!  I'm posting the original link and I'll blog my recipe/alterations next week.  This one was the winner last year!
  9. Salsa Chicken- This is one of the freezer to crock pot meals I made last week.  It's nice to have a meal all done already!
  10. Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese- This calls for bacon as a topping, but I hate bacon, so we are going with pure mac 'n cheese for dinner.  The boys will love that!
  11. Pepper Steak- This will be the last of the freezer meals I have prepared.  It should make for some yummy leftover steak sandwiches!
The last few days are open for leftovers and sandwiches for the nights that Jared is at work and I don't feel like cooking.  Hope all my work helps you out! :)  I'm looking forward to trying some new things and enjoying some favorites over the next two weeks!
