Day 100: Easy French Beef Dip Sandwiches

******************************************************
Hooray for me!  I have completed 100 days in a row! If only I could be so consistent with diet and exercise! Alas, it is much easier to sit at a computer and play with Pinterest!  But still, Hooray! :)

Tonight for dinner, we are having French Beef Dip Sandwiches, or rather, and easy copycat of that classic sandwich.  When I was growing up, we would go to a local restaurant called Tony's Spunky Steer, and I would almost always get the French Beef Dip sandwich.  It was so yummy-especially the salty jus that came with it.  When I saw this easy version by Mama Loves Food, I figured I'd give it a try.

If you are a subscriber to Pillsbury.com, you know that there are a zillion recipes out there that utilize their crescent rolls.  They are just so versatile and the flaky, buttery crust makes them a hit with everyone.  For these little sandwich rolls, all you do is roll up some deli sliced roast beef and a chunk of provolone or Swiss cheese in a crescent.  You can also dab a tiny bit of horseradish sauce on them if you like that.  Bake them up and you're ready to go!

But wait, the best part is still missing!  You have to have the jus, or there's just no point!  Fortunately, it's easy to make without having to use drippings from roast beef.  Click here for the quick recipe.

Roll, bake, dip and enjoy!!!
